Yellow Belt Training is a 3-day course designed to introduce participants to a simple problem-solving methodology utilizing the Toyota A-3 process. Participants will learn the basic DMAIC model and apply the learning to a specific problem they bring to the class. Coaching and mentoring the participants throughout the process to the end goal of solving the problem.
