Analyst

Position Available

Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Application Developer

Position Available

 Application Developer responsibilities will include:

• establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with clients

• clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform

• breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language

• devising possible solutions to anticipated problems

• testing sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended

• conducting testing and installing the program into production

• reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary

• evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness

• adapting the program to new requirements, as necessary

• conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately

• writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators

• updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications.

Intern

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Partners

• Interact and provide support to clients as needed

• Translate complex data into simple graphs and text

• Work along-side our data analysts to gather data and analyze results to gain business insights

• Apply coursework and experience to solve real-world problems

• Strong academic record and involvement in extracurricular activities

• Interest and industry knowledge in technology, entrepreneurship, business and finance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and be passionate

• Team player mentality
