RCI is excited to announce the addition of Kevin Holland to our team as a senior consultant. Kevin recently retired from Beiersdorf in Cleveland, TN, where he was the Senior Human Resources Manager. Kevin is an Industrial Organizational Psychology practitioner, and brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management. His proven leadership, unique skill set in the recruitment and management of talent in the pharmaceutical industry, and desire to help business and industry enhance their recruitment and management of human capital only strengthens RCI’s ability to serve our clients in their pursuit of operational excellence.
