RCI is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Jeff Sargent to our team. Jeff has been employed by Lee University since 2005 as professor of psychology, and served as the Department Chair for a number of years. Over the past 20 years, he has provided counseling, coaching, and consulting services to various individuals and organizations.
Jeff brings a unique skill set to RCI as he is a Behavioral Psychologist, specializing in leadership development, organizational culture analysis, change management, and understands the generational differences between today's workforce and the previous generation. Current and future RCI clientele will now have these services readily available to them, which is important in today's ever-changing climate.
